Alongside the South America House and the Antelope House, the Director’s Villa is one of the oldest buildings from the zoo’s founding period and is an indispensable and defining part of the overall ensemble.

ZOOQUARIUMDESIGN is responsible for the execution planning and awarding of the construction work, as well as the planning for the interior design. The historic “Director’s Villa” is to be opened to the public in the future and will then house gastronomic offerings, for example.
